Working together
Scope and price
You receive a written offer confirming the session length, preparation, deliverables and total payable before you commit. Standard individual reviews last 90 minutes and include a concise written plan. The youth session lasts 60 minutes. Team work and additional preparation are quoted separately; no extra work is charged without agreement.
Launch rates and feedback
The current launch rate covers the complete stated format. I ask for a short private feedback conversation to improve the service. You are never required to provide a positive review or a public testimonial. The agreed price will not change during your engagement.
Payment
Paid sessions are arranged by written agreement and invoice. The invoice confirms the payment method and due date. This website takes no payments, and booking the free fit call does not create a paid order. Any applicable tax and consumer information is supplied before you accept a paid offer.
Changes and cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a paid session without charge. If something unexpected happens later, one change of date is offered without an additional fee. If I cancel, you can choose a replacement date or a refund for the affected session. Any statutory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.
How sessions work
We meet online in English or German. Your confirmation contains the meeting link. Sessions are not recorded unless we agree beforehand. You remain responsible for your work, decisions and use of AI outputs. Coaching does not guarantee grades, publication, revenue or a particular project result.
Learners aged 16–17
A parent or guardian makes the inquiry and agrees to the paid arrangement. They may join the start or end of the session. We work within the school’s rules and the age requirements of any tools used.
