AI Methods Studio

Privacy and your information

What happens to your information when you visit, make an inquiry or book a call.

Who handles your information

Thomas Lukaschewski operates AI Methods Studio and handles inquiries sent to ai.methods.studio@gmail.com. Contact this address with questions about your data or requests to access, correct or delete it. The provider’s postal address and applicable business particulars still need to be completed on the provider-information page.

Visiting this website

This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Serving pages involves technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and request times. Infrastructure providers may process access and security logs to deliver and protect the service. The site does not add advertising trackers, newsletter tracking or a payment checkout.

Language, motion and inquiry drafts

Language and motion preferences use local storage. Inquiry answers stay in page memory unless you explicitly enable the optional session draft. This uses this tab’s session storage, expires two hours after the last edit and is normally removed on tab closure; browser session restoration can retain it until expiry. Clear the form and draft on shared devices. Nothing is uploaded to a website database. Copying writes to your clipboard; downloading saves a text file on your device.

When you choose the calendar

Cal.com loads only when you choose the calendar. No name, email or inquiry is passed in the calendar URL or prefill. Only the page language is supplied. Enter contact details directly at Cal.com; the prepared summary stays on this page unless you separately send it by email. The calendar provider receives technical visit information and the details you enter there. Complete the booking in Cal.com and check its confirmation. Cal.com and the connected Google Calendar process appointment details and notifications.

When you choose email

The email option opens your own email application with a prepared message addressed to ai.methods.studio@gmail.com. You decide whether to send it. Once sent, the inquiry and subsequent correspondence are handled in Gmail. This website cannot confirm email delivery. Please avoid confidential manuscripts, research participant data, passwords or other sensitive information; agree on a suitable transfer method first.

Purpose and legal basis

Information is used to respond to your inquiry, assess fit, arrange appointments and carry out agreed work. Where the GDPR applies, steps you request before a contract and delivery of agreed services rely on Article 6(1)(b). Necessary site delivery and security rely on the legitimate interest in operating a reliable website under Article 6(1)(f). Records required by applicable law are handled under Article 6(1)(c). Information is not used to send you marketing messages without a separate request.

How long information is kept

Inquiries that do not lead to work are reviewed for deletion six months after the last substantive contact, unless you ask to continue the discussion or a legal obligation requires retention. For agreed work, project information is kept for the engagement and necessary follow-up; invoices and records are kept for the period required by applicable law. Deletion is managed manually. Infrastructure logs and third-party account records follow the relevant provider’s retention arrangements.

Service providers and international processing

The site, calendar and email services may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Their privacy notices explain their processing and available safeguards. The provider’s business jurisdiction and the transfer arrangements applicable to these accounts still require confirmation; this notice does not claim that a specific transfer agreement has been verified.

Your choices and rights

You can use email instead of the embedded calendar and can clear locally saved preferences at any time. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and complain to a competent data-protection authority. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. Send requests to ai.methods.studio@gmail.com; reasonable identity verification may be needed.
